Even though I wont answer their calls they still want me to call them to talk about a suit for my fiance for our wedding! With the amount they call me I wont be going there!

SCAM of SIN number (Scam call) reported by


I picked up to this number to have an automated response telling me it was the government calling me for social insurance number activity fraud. I pressed 1 and got transferred to a woman with an Indian background and also sounded like there were a lot of people in the background. She asked if this was the first time I got this call and I said yes and I was very confused, she said they’re investigating fraud activity on my SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER and they have a case against me. She asked for my name to pull up the file and I said my first name but then I said wait what department is this again and she hung up. this was for sure a SCAM to get my information and to steal my identity. Please be careful. If in doubt, call an actual government number from a government issued website and follow up with them. Be careful.

They keep calling obsessively. I signed up at a wedding show and haven't answered a single phone call from them since. If the client doesn't return your call after 10 tries, maybe you should lay off.

signed up that I might use them for my fiances suit for the wedding. They have been calling me non-stop for a few months. I've tried asking them to contact my fiance because he is the one wearing a suit and they wouldn't change the number or leave me alone. Needless to say we won't be using them for the wedding.
