They said I purchased a vehicle from drive time in Forest Hill Texas in 1999 in 1999 I was pregnant in South Carolina and was nowhere near the state of Texas said they were going to file charges I had 24 hours to clear it up or make payment arrangements or they would file with the DA and garnish my wages. Did not want any proof that I was out of the state at that time and would not take my attorneys information. They just wanted me to pay it.
