Owed $38, 2 days late, had the worst flu. Projecting from both ends. They’d call 3-5 times a day for 4 days. I paid online soon as I could. But talk about overkill.

The man who called me was very aggressive with me and wouldn't let me speak at all. When I tried to tell him he was being rude he raised his voice and started shouting at me to the point that my husband took the phone and intervened.

No one answered until the 3rd time I asked to whom I was speaking with. Then in very poor English I was told this is Caleb(?) Calling from Lowes in regards to a missed payment. Our account is paid monthly & is currently paid off. He then asked for our account number in order to rectify our situation. DON'T owe anything & if you were legit you would know that info
