They have called my number numerous times, asking for a person who may or may not have had my number prior to 2015. I asked that they remove my number, they promised they would, but keep calling. Today I called them saying I had found a person by the name they wanted on White Pages, and the woman began yelling at me, saying all I had to do was request that my number be removed! When I said I have done that repeatedly, she continued to yell and was extremely disrespectful.

when they called me initially I sent them to voicemail and then they left me a voicemail and I called them back the first rep when I called I ask who was this company and what were they calling about she hung up in my face then I called back again when I told them that I never had a Wachovia account in 2012 and never got a loan for 450.00 and that this was identity theft she hung up then I called back again got another lady and she went through everything I told her the same thing and then she said that in order to dispute it I would need to go to court for 3 weeks 3 times every week to dispute it and this was how it was in Duval COunty and if I lost I would have to pay court fees etc.. when I said I was getting a lawyer because this is crazy I cant take off my job to deal with someone taking my identity and I asked her would she be able to get off her job she said to me this would never happen to me I then said so you are except from identity theft she got quiet I asked to speak to a supervisor she placed me on hold for about 5-6 minutes and I had to hang up because I was on my lunch break when I called back again to start researching on this company it hung me up quickly I will be reporting them to my local police department I have been scammed before and lost lots of money because of it, it will never happen again thank God for internet

Called about a payday loan they said i took out or involuntarily took out on May 17th 2013. I called my bank and had them research the logs and they found nothing at all. I asked the guy at Cobalt to send me a validation letter in the mail and he said they did not have to do that as the creditor I borrowed the money from sent that information. I asked them for the business address and the man got mad and started yelling at me telling me how they would see me in court and how the judge would favor them because I was being rude and uncooperative. After he got mad at me i told him i would need further information from him. I told him I would nee the business license or registration information from him so i could verify that Cobalt Financial Group was actually a business and he hung up on me. H had one of his lackeys call me back to ask if I were home and threatened to serve me papers and they would see me in court.

They are CONTINUALLY calling... It has been a "Colbolt Financing", "Asset recovery with Bristol County" It has been Robot calls with Claim numbers and now they've stepped it up and have actual people calling... I've dealt with a Mrs. We*, a M* M*, and a Mr. P*. It is absolutely annoying and when I call back I tell them to mail it to my address and they tell me that they will not mail anything.... SO PATHETHIC THESE SCAM JERKS!!!!

I encourage you all to have some fun with them. They are simply a bunch of low life thugs.. Now, lets not kid ourselves. All of the folks they are calling have at one point gone online to look into a cash advance. Some of the sites that we clicked on tracked the last four of our acct numbers (hints how they have this) as well as the last 4 of our SSN ( again, this is how they have this) The also know what bank we banked with... Think back.. We all entered the info into the website and there were several that didn't loan us money.. Remember, most of the loans we had to call or be called, sign docs etc....These are NOT companies you did business with.. These are web scammers.. Very similar to hackers... Tell them to go ahead and take the money form that account.. after all, they should have the numbers... LOL they get really mad and hang up.
