SCAM PLOT PRETENDING TO BE A LAW FIRM (Unsolicited call) reported by


These **** called an associate of mine last week and told her they were looking for me because I was being subpoenaed. I got the information from my associate and researched the number and found tons of negative reviews. What these folks don't know is I was a debt collector for 5 years and I know the laws and statues and guidelines. I also know that calling and or harassing someone's co-worker/associate and advising them that you are being subpoenaed to appear in court is unlawful and a blatant violation of debt collection laws. Whomever these amateurs are they just woke up a sleeping giant and I'm going after them. If you are a victim of unlawful debt collection practices and you are being harassed by low lives like this. Report them immediately to the FTC then the BBB. Then contact an attorney who specializes in debt harassment cases. Also, place your number on the DNC list and tell them to remove your number from their list. If you do owe a debt contact one of the major credit reporting agencies and ask them for the info and resolve your debt directly with the company if you can, not some basic wanna be 3rd party rinky dink hole in the wall scam collection company. Oh, yeah do yourself a favor and block these a$# **** from ever calling you again.

They called me as well, stating they are going to serve me as well, but I can call the attorneys office to fix it or reschedule the service. My question is......did you ever get served? I have never known a process server to let you know they are coming
