If someone files an actual case against you, you either have to be served by an officer of the court or via certified mail. Also, you would contact the county clerk, there's no reason for you to contact the DA. This is not legit.

Recorded message left on my voicemail. Said I had debt that is being handed over to the District Attorney to be settled in court. Then said "Good Luck".

The robocall said they have my name and social connected to debt. It said I should call back to settle matter or I would be issued a court order. It even warned that it was not an unsolicited call but it clearly was.
