Calls 4-6 times a day for a warranty for our newly purchased car (Telemarketer) reported by Myranda
Although we have asked them to stop calling EVERY. TIME. They continue to call multiple times per day. We block the numbers as they come but they call from another number. One of the “representatives” tried to tell my husband that they had never reached out to us before. It’s been going on for weeks and it’s borderline harassment at this point.

I called the IL Attorney Generals office and they are putting together a class action suit in the fraud division

Me han estado enviando tickets para renovar supuestamente la garantía de mi vehículo aduciendo me han llamado varias veces pero creo que esto es una estafa porque el vehículo no está a mi nombre entonces imagino saben que lo manejo por un ticket que obtuve manejándolo

Described themselves as offering an extended warranty on my VW Jetta. I asked if they were returning my call to a 1/800 # with VW of America regarding a question I had about extended warranty coverage. They replied, 'No'. I expressed dismay that they were calling me on the very day that I was awaiting a call back from VW's Customer Care? In any case, they provided a lengthy explanation on available coverage and quoted pricing options. Later a VW rep returned my call and explained that he was unfamiliar with 'US Dealer Services'. I have tried to find out information about the company online. Don't know if this was a scam or not. Was told I have 30 days to consider coverage agreement after receiving warranty info. in the mail. Provided a credit card # and agreed to quoted coverage option. Earlier I received an e-mail follow-up communication with warranty option/s agreement described. Will review other extended warranty companies online and follow up further w/VW of America.

They offered me a new warranty on my car. They new the make and model of the car, so it did seem legitimate. However, they're deals were along that "too good to be true" line.
