A man called and wanted to speak to the owner and said he was from DTE. Said they were shutting off our electricity. I did not believe him! You could tell it was a scam caller.

"Arcadia" (Scam call) reported by


A woman said her name was Hannah from a debt collection agency called Arcadia. She left a brief and vague message saying I owed money and that if I didn't call hart back at a separate number, the government would prosecute! I googled her number and it said she called from Orlando Florida.
