merchant services overbill scam (Financial services) reported by Minnesota
said we were overbilled sep/oct and needed me to access to our processing statement. I asked why they did not already have access to it on their end if they knew we were overbilled. Could not answer my question only said they needed my processing statement. Guys name was Leo Ex 7066

Merchant Services (Scam call) reported by Fire Protection Company
Said she was from our Merchant Services and that they overcharged us for August, September, and October and that I just needed to login to my account and verify some information so they can refund the overcharges. Ironically, I was on the phone with our Merchant Services company regarding potential fraud charges on our account and they informed me that the person I had on hold was a poacher and that we did not have any overcharges on our account.

"Merchant Services"...sounded like a scam (Financial services) reported by John S
Similar to the other review, the caller said she was from "Merchant Services" saying we were overcharged for the last two months (Sept & Oct) and she wanted to get us a refund. She was pretty vague about what it was for (we have many locations that process card payments) and would only say that we needed our statement to confirm account information. She left her name (Mia) and phone number/extension 800-490-7497 x416. The interaction did not feel right and the phone number does not match the one on our statement. This feels like a scam.

"Merchant Services" (Scam call) reported by S. Wilson
Left a voice mail saying we were overcharged for our credit card for Feb & March. Wanted account information in order to credit our account. I called the number, 800-490-7479 X406. A receptionist answered and I asked what company this was. They immediately forwarded me to someone else. I also asked what company they worked for and they said "Merchant Services". I said, I know, but what company? They hung up. Called back several times and the same happened 3 more times.
