Received call from 1-800-472-1126 said it was penfed credit union and was asking me if I wanted to refinance my home. Asked me for payoff Amy and my interest rate currently. I said well, you’re from Penfed, shouldn’t you have that info? He said their system was so hard to get into that he couldn’t see that info. It was a security precaution to protect us. Yeah, right! I was born at night but it wasn’t last night! I hung up call. SCAM!
