So I called it back to get off their list. It's absolutely spam and a scam. It's trying to get you to give your credit card number to charge you $1.95 to receive a $100 "shopping spree" certificate. A bunch of recorded ads and crap. Completely against the Do Not Call rules. Reporting to FTC
