I called back, got a menu to choose from. Chose 2 to find out the status off my enrollment. (I have been confused about my status, but putting it off as the are my secondary insurance.) Then I was prompted to give my SSN. Didn't do that, so I chose item 3 on the menu to have information sent to me. The first question was for my SSN. That seemed unnecessary to have info mailed to me, so I hung up and searched the number. It seemed legit, until this site cast some doubt. Several sites listed this number as being Medical health care service. I'll find another way to contact them, just in case.

Looks like the number was spoofed. They didn’t leave a voicemail so I know if they were the medical offices following up they would have left something. Scammers typically don’t leave voicemails
