It's the same BS call we all get 5 times a day. Card Holder Services calling about your Visa Mastercard. Which in it's own right should be a dead give away it's BS. Visa and Mastercard are processing companies, NOT the lending institution that issued the card. They don't have anything to do with us as an end user. Also if you're unsure if it's a real bank, ask a simple question. "Do you have a pen and paper handy?" If they answer yes, it's 100 guaranteed a scam. Banking institutions have strict rules, referred to PCI compliance. And one of the biggest no-no's is anything for agents to write with at their desk.
