Robotic voice said they were from Social Security and was suspending my number. If I wanted more information press 1. Then I pressed one and when they answered I said this call is being recorded. They hung up.

I'm a receptionist for a business, and this number has called three or four times. Each time I answer there is silence, then an automated voice says the line is busy and I'm the first caller in line. I haven't bothered to wait on hold because I'm at work.
