I paid $399.99 (Service) reported by


I paid them the money. It was suppose to be for 3 computers for a lifetime. They updated my laptop to Windows 10. Then 1 1/2 months later I got a message saying the Windows 10 they installed was only good for a short period of time. I paid them another $269 to update to Windows 10 Pro. Then a week later I tried to hook up my printer and everything went haywire! I contacted them- and I was upset. I got a phone call back from "Richard" saying because I was rude to his junior associate and he was terminating our agreement. So I was taken for almost $700 and had to close all my accounts. A police report has been filed. I am pursing this matter to the furthest extent of the law! I also thought they were great at first. Now, I am out almost $700.00. My laptop is destroyed.

They really did a good work on my computer. when I took my computer to the geek squad they also approved it, saying that the softwares are real and I am satisfied with their work. Don't know why they have so many negative comments.
