I call them and ask them how to enlarge my penis. It pisses them off so much. Also, conference them in a conference call so they talk to and cuss each other. It's pretty funny and it wastes their time.

Beware!!! Be very careful on who you let have access to your computer! Do not let them have any sort of information from you or virtual access to your computer. They call multiple times a week from different numbers with a message to call them at this number because their "software" that I installed is seeing a red flag. I have no third party security software installed on my computer and Microsoft, which is the company they claim to be calling from, will not call me about a security alert. So I called them back and they tried to have me give them access to my computer so they can assess the "problem." After I refused and kept asking them to stop calling me, they said they see a huge problem anad red flag on my computer. How the hell would they see that if thats the reason they needed access to my computer in the first place? I just hung up and blocked the number again.

I am from Mircosoft this call is in regards to the security software we installed on your computer last year...mind you I did not own this or any computer last year. Feb 2017 is when i brought a pc. Now we see a red flag error and stating that there is a security breach on it. Please call 18003614146.I told him to prove to me he worked for Mircosoft he gave me some bull bull crap badge # MS01717 then still kept prompting me to give him access to my PC, I told him that i will contact Microsoft and verify his name and so called badge # if they confirm this info then he hung up abruptly.

I am a Cyber Defense major so they tried to scam the wrong one. Please do not fall for this and do not give them access to your computer for any reason. These guys are NOT knowledgeable about computers and have only been shown how to do one thing and that is all they can do. I asked them basic IT questions via live stream on my Facebook and when they can't answer a question they hang up. I have been asked why am I wasting their time and how many times am I going to call them. My answer is as many times as you call me. They have stopped labeling themselves as working for a company unless you ask them and then they usually say a 3rd party blah blah. When they answer they answer support and follow by their name. They have THICK Indian accents but will tell you their name is David, Ethan, Joe, etc.

If you are having a problem with your computer due to these people you can find me on Facebook www.facebook.com/EverythingCJ and shoot me a message and I'd be more than happy to look into it for you. I know this sounds stupid but I'm not scamming you, you can check out the videos on my Facebook where I call these scum bags back everyday and give them hell. I won't even ask to remote to your computer. You can share screens via Skype which will just allow me to see your screen and not control it and I can tell you where to click and what to do from there. -Chris

You are correct. Do NOT allow them to access your computer. A website they like to ask you to go to is www.helpme.net which will redirect you to a website powered by GoToAssist which IS a safe website however once you give them the info and fill in the blanks they now have control over your computer. It becomes UNSAFE once you give them access. They hang up on me all the time because I call them back and give them hell. I am a Cyber Defense major and I question them on simple things like what is an IP address, a VPN, a virtual machine, and they can't answer those questions. These guys are stupid and actually do not know anything about computers. All they know is what they have been shown to do which is a specific task.
