18003531842- is Straight talk/Total Wireless. I filed a complaint with the FCC after I couldnt update my information myself on their website, I had to call, only the reps with their company were able to change/update info. The problem was, the rep change my information, my address, my name, everything, then submited my debit info to my bank 7 times. Thank goodness my bank kept denying it.. I watched in real time while the system information was changing. I got print screens as he was doing it..I kept saying what are you doing!!? he responded with he had too. He was changing information, he couldnt understand what I was saying, I asked for a manager, he said they dont have abilty to transfer calls or get managers, I asked what state he was in, he said he was in the Philippines, He said he cant transfer me to US, and there is no number for US. I filed a complaint. A representative of a company, in another county, had total free access to change my information on their system, and submit a claim for payment, to my bank!?. Yet I had no access to update/change or delete my debit card information?..He change my name information to "No'real" "Name" my address to some other city and state, yet left my zipcode the same.

Upgraded my Tracfon and did the number transfer ritual. This is the number they called me on to confirm the number worked on the new phone. It did. Good to know.

Wrote comments on Facebook 3 days ago and have got these calls ever since. I can't really understand much of what is being said in the message they leave. The phone number (as close as I can come to making it out) to call is not any number I have for my provider. On providers website there is message about hacker issue they had in January and March. Number calling me is listed for Straight Talk. Getting calls both on cell and landline one right after the other. Numbers they give to call I think are 800 626 4823 and 888 251 8159.

when the phone isn't working, tracfone calls you back. when SMS isn't working, they send a text with "instruction" on how to fix SMS. when data isn't working, they send an email about how to fix data. think about that. that's how stupid customer service at tracfone is.
