Called the number back to see who it was—Bank of America wanting account number, then SSN; system kept asking. when I asked for a representative, I was told that I needed a valid account number to be forwarded to a representative. And, due to no valid account number, I could be directed to the BOA fraud department, but there was an extended wait time and therefore the call cannot be connected. System started over.
