They made her take out money from the bank and deposit it on money Pak card .

The person in line calls my grandmother (knows my grandfather's name) and ask to talk to him since they're about to cut the electricity for payment debt (they always pay the full amount) when my grandma said it's already paid and start talkig about an accident with the water pipes in front of the house the person cut the call

The caller speaks Spanish and seems to know a similar name to mine. When I advise he's wrong he hangs up. I called Centerpoint Energy and they have no record of me in their system and I've never used their service.
