Call from Complete Medical Solutions scam (Scam call) reported by


I kept receiving calls from Complete Medical Solutions. They left a voice mail about having pain medicine and I figured this was a wrong number as I have not ever needed pain medication. I called the number back and they knew my first name and insurance provider. At this point I realized it was a scam and told them to stop calling me. She hung up before I could finish my sentence.

Danielle from Complete Medical Solutions - called and left a message to call her back abt getting me qualified for some pain management medications- I was getting constant calls from a local number - that if backtraced - does not exist. Message was friendly like I should be expecting her call. I have pain issues and crazy enough just got off phone w my doctors abt meds not working - had a funeral for a family member so did not get to check all this info out till later- since someone finally left a message, I called back. “Danielle” was not available but this woman could help me. Confirmed my SSN#!!! Had my insurance company info already! Trying to get me pain cream and a Tens Unit - which will not work for what I have.. said she would check to see what I’m qualified for - came back and said I’m not qualified and hung up!! I just got to check w my insurance co- THEY NEVER HEARD OF THIS PLACE AND DO NOT GIVE OUT INFO TO 3rd PARTIES!! SCAM- beware!!! I just called this place back and was put on automated hold for 6minutes and then it said “goodbye “ and hung up. I will be filing a BBB complaint - I see this is common practice for this company and somehow they had my info and now part of my SSN! Others have had money scammed .. they are out of Florida no where near me in the ID and no affiliation w any of my insurance or providers

Called from a 850-306-6351 but reference this 1-800 number as his 'direct line'. Sent call to voicemail but listened in: "Hey, it's Jim. I hate to leave you another message, but I'd really like to see you get these benefits to help with your pain issues. So again, we have you pre-qualified here Complete Medical Solutions for some items. Give me a call, please. I'm at 800-327-5971, and we'll see what we can get out to you to help. Once again, Jim at 800-327-5971. All right. Thanks. Have a great day." I have never heard of this company before today.
