Telemarketer. My phone rang once and before I could do anything it rolled over to my voicemail where they left a 40 second message offering me a once-in-a-lifetime mortgage refinancing offer.

When I told the telemarketer that I was on the do not call list and asked for the real name of his company so I could file a complaint, he got angry at me and told me that he knew where I lived and that "reporting us won't achieve anything, we will just change numbers and call you again later"

The call mentioned that he been sending you many letters before regarding an equity line of credit and no is calling you . I think this is a scam because since they don't leave information about the company or who they are then to me it's a scam.
