They call me every 2 weeks to remind me I have a car payment due. Not really necessary for me but might be helpful for some people. Doesn't seem malicious at all to me, just a bill reminder service.

Would not tell me why she called. Solicitation for a trade in for a current car loan. Don't Take no for an answer. Wanted to confirm my identity over the phone I refused. Told me to call back using the 800 number I'm like I do not know you so it would not do any good to call back. Calls 3+ daily don't leave a voice mail.
