persistent call backs even when I said "not interested" (Telemarketer) reported by


I have had several calls from this number offering me a rate on auto insurance. I said "not interested" on the first call. I answered a second time, not recognizing the number and asked not to be called back. The person really wanted to give me my rate, but I hung up. The person called a third time and I disconnected the call. The person has tried to call two more times after this. I did not answer either time and I now have the number blocked.
