I received a call from this number claiming to be United Health Care which raised a red flag as I have been getting various fake calls lately. I asked this person to make a note on the file and give me the way to verify that they were real when I called back. They said they were Robert G and they would make a note on the file and that I should call 800-638-3120 to speak to an operator and verify that the call was legit. THEY WERE SO GOOD I REALLY BELIEVED THEM, but I did not give out any information. I called the main number after verifying it was a good number and gave my info to get into my file - and THERE WAS NO NOTE ON THE FILE!. So this scammer is good. Really good. Polite, clean and clear English and patient. As a computer professional, knowing anyone can spoof the caller ID using a VOIP service, I was almost duped into saying OK whatcare you calling for. So be warned - do what I did. Ask the person for a first name and last name initial (that is what they say they can give out) and ask them to make a note on the file. Then you call back and if the note is on the file - ask why they called.
