i'm not sure how you would categorise this number,but i did receive a call 5:02pm EST. i didn't answer because my phone indicated it's possible spam. i didn't recognise the number so i wouldn't have answered anyway :P checking online i found this site and youmail directory saying basically the same things. can't offer much more.
