I answered the phone, said hello twice, nobody responded, then i heard a snicker as if someone was muffling a cough or laugh, i said hello again still no response so i hung up

Answered and someone said they were calling from embassy suites, I hung up because I'm not interested in random people calling me, have been called repeatedly for days; when I call the number back it rings a couple times then says it is a disconnected verizon number (clearly not embassy suites)
