Person calls, speaks over top of you and doesn't listen when you tell them to stop and are not interested. When they finish their spiel, they expect you to respond. When you tell them to stop calling, they just hang up. They've called nonstop and won't remove you from calling list.

Lady named "Emily" from customer service said I was preselected for something. Kind of sounded like a recording, but I hung up very quickly and blocked the number. There's no reason I should be receiving a call from "Customer Service".....
