Long story short a family member signed my phone number up for "Affordable health insurance" and they continue to call, I've gotten two calls within an hour! I can see this is going to be a problem. AGAIN THE REASON THEY ARE CALLING YOU: YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE SIGNED YOU UP FOR "AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE"!! Yes, They're annoying, Just report it as telemarketing OR try picking up the phone and explaining to them that you're not interested in any insurance as you already have insurance or you're simply not interested and ask to be taken off their call list, If they call back after you've explained you're not interested and you asked them to take you off their call list demand them to remove you from their call list immediately! IF they continue to ignore your warnings, Report them to the FCC and sign up for the National Do Not Call List Registry. Here is a link if you need it: https://www.donotcall.gov/

Called me 17 times in 3 days, I advised them I was not Juanita Garcia and they continued to say I was approved for insurance in my state. When I would be asked to be removed, they would start screaming about insurance and the benefits they had to offer. I finally called back and went through themail questikns, explained I am living in a completely different state and I clearly am not Juanita. I asked to speak with a manager, she refused, said they don't do that. Said she works for Lion Health Care about getting insurance, and if I don't want the product, the agent she would transfer me to wouldn't talk with me either and they would hang up. I asked for a message to be given to the manager, she said she wiuld, but he wold never call back. I advised her I have documented the amount of calls (from different numbers as well, but same company) and if I get another call I will sue, end of story. Hopefully this ends the madness of all the calls and harassment!

Has it ended with that because I've had enough silent messages left on my phone? I put them on reject call and therefore it goes straight to voicemail. If they have stopped with your path of action, I will, more than likely, attempt that.

I have repeatedly requested caller to not call me. Resulted in 17 calls from 9-1. Will probably receive many more. When you call to ask about company info..they hang up. It seems to be an insurance broker.I have sent text messages begging them to stop calling me...no response, just more calls.
