This is his message. Obviously not his real name... "My name is Armen Daniel, I'm ready for the purchase and am willing to add an extra $30 so as to have it reserved in my favor. I would love to come for the inspection but due to my work frame it just won't fit into my schedule. I will be paying via Cashiers check and will wait till it clears your bank before pickup is made at your place by my mover. Kindly get back to me with your name and addrss so as to make out the payment to you asap. Still available?" Knowing it was a scam I led him on. He replied and continued saying... " You will be getting the check soon...My shipping agent will come for the pickup immediately after you tell me that the check has cleared your bank. So kindly get back to me with your Full name, Mailing address so that the payment can be mailed out to you asap. - still available?" I played around with him some more, giving him the address of a police station. He said, "full name - still available?" "mad man - still available?" Guessing he said mad man because I had spammed him with a lot of texts :) That was the last I heard from him!
