claims to be a pharmacy and calling about benefits. wanted to go over care package that sending with pain creams, vitamins, etc. advised them I am not on meds because I'm pregnant and can't use any of it. they said thank you for your time and hung up.

Known issue at nearby pharmacies the last couple weeks. Will call and ask about a patient and medications. Patients often not on record at that specific store. Try to get their insurance information for some reason, despite having most of the patients information. Complete scam.

Tried to get me to get prescription through them. Said my insurance would cover it. They don't even know what insurance I have. They are rude and pushy. I don't even have any prescriptions. They said I can still get some and my insurance would pay for it. blocked them but they still call.

Indian accent, stated that they would cancel my benefits if I did not speak to them - knew my name and address, but not my health insurance carrier. Threatened to cancel my health insurance - hung up on me after I asked them not to call again and that they had called my phone three times a day for three days.

Caller said they where with a company called "Pharmacy" and were calling to go over my prescription benefits. They were not able to answer which insurance company I had, and when I asked them more questions about their company they hung up on me. Multiple calls from multiple numbers from this "company".
