Offered home warranty. I asked for sample contract and never received. They kept calling back offering ever increasing discounts each time. Still never received contract and the persln could not provide details on exact deductibles if any. Sounded fishy.

Whenever they called I would answer and no one would be on the line then it would disconnect. If I called back it just rang and rang. Then, I called from a landline at my work. Someone answered. It was an associate for Choice Home Warranty.
