Called my cell and left no message. Nomorobo reports this is a health insurance scam with the following message: "Affordable health insurance with benefits from a company you know. Policies have all been reduced nationwide such as Cigna Blue Cross Aetna and United. Just a quick phone call away. Press 3 to get connected to a licensed agent or press 7 to be added to the Do Not Call list." My number has been on DNC list since Nov 2015, so these jokers have no right to call me and their do not call list is probably flagged as "call me more and pass my number on to every other scammer out there so they can bother me too..." They obviously don't respect the DNC list that already exists as I wouldn't be getting these calls...
