Spoke with a woman calling herself Jennette Martinez. Stated that I owed $2,686.00 in tax due to fraud on my tax return. Wanted my username, password, and my online bank account so they can take out the payment.

Was an automated call and after they said they were filing suit and I needed to contact this number, it cut off. The IRS would not call and leave a message like that.

Left an automated voicemail saying it was the IRS and they were filing a "lawSUITE" against me. Not a lawsuit, a law-suite. Told me to call back immediately. Per IRS website, the IRS will never"Threaten to bring in local police or other law-enforcement groups to have you arrested for not paying." So, clearly a scam artist here.
