I though it was Apple Support. They said my account was hacked, they gave names, dates, times of my account being charged but they put in pending and flagged account, then tried to sell me $999 security program but they would give me 50% off, knew something was not right. Hung up and called (800-myapple) 800-698-6659, spoke to rep and they said they don't give out the info this man gave me, started a case on my account, nothing was charged to my account. I was a scam to get my info and money. The man called back 5 times, He said he was an Apple support rep, I hung up, I call later and he anewered by saying: Hi. He didn't answer saying APPLE SUPPORT, CAN I HELP YOU. I believe they have several scams or they would answer with a specific company name. I called from my work number and it said to leave a message. They don't scam on businesses.

They want to hack into your computor and are very agressive. Once they get in they try to take over they are **** so beware they are looking at your files and infol. So we really need to stop them in their tracks.

Bogus Computer Support (Scam call) reported by


Caller told me that my network had a problem. They asked to take over my computer and fix it. I asked what operating system I was using which was causing the problem and they said Windows. I do not use Windows and I told the caller that. He insisted that I had a problem and that if I gave him access to my computer he could fix it. I hung up and called the number back. I got a female, again with a heavy Indian accent who again told me that they were a Microsoft third party support company. I kept them busy for ten minutes and then hung up. DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS INTO YOUR COMPUTER!!!!!

They told me they were Apple Support and that my Apple account had been hacked into. Gave asked me what products I owned, said a phone and iPad. Of course they said the hackers purchased and computer and iWatch. they said they flagged my account, secured it and sent an email. I said I never got an email. They said that's because the hacker deleted it, he has access to my phone, iPad and all my bank info and passwords. hen they wanted to sell me a security program, they wanted my credit card number. I hung up and call Apple. They told me they don't sell security programs and that it was a scam. I gave them the phone numbers and they started a case number. Said no one hacked my account.
