I had to listen to a list of things, answer yes or no. This was after I was promised an "entry" for a $200 gift card. I was finally connected to someone who was going to send me a $100 card if I gave them my credit card . When I asked them why he said " You and hung up. Tried to call back but a recording said "This does not accept calls from blocked 's. My was not blocked.

I am just 19 and new to the USA. Picked up this call, got fooled and gave my card info for the shipping charge ($4.99). Next day, my brothers told me that those phone calls are a scam. Went to the bank and changed the card immediately. Found out that $15 was on pending and the bank declined it due to suspected activity. Never going to pick up calls unless it is saved in my contacts. Sharing this so more people could be aware. :(
