Had an Indian accent. PROMISED me he was legitimate, saying he was from Cardmember Services. He had ALL my credit card info but said I had to give him my credit card number(s) to verify 0% interest because I was such a good customer. Since he had all the data, I "trusted" him. Once I gave him one CCV code, he hung up. Soooo... I called my credit card company and reported the fraud. (It was a good thing, because at the end of the day, I asked my credit card company if they had any promotions to get my interest rate down, and voila! I get 10.99% interest til Aug 2017!! I was paying over 16%!)

The number is "unallocated" and is now controlled by Zayo Group. http://www.zayo.com. I sent an email to Zayo Group with all the particulars to get these criminals put into jail.
