Oriental male said that I had a refund coming from Microsoft Tech Support for services that I never used. Sounded strange when he told me that I needed to have my computer hooked up to the internet so that he could show me how to fill out the forms for the refund. I told him just to send me the forms and I would fax them back. He said that wasn’t possible.

Also received a "renewal subscription" call saying they were going to auto charge my plastic card. I did not answer, but message was left I have NOT provided any card numbers to any type of subscription. I did not respond and have not called back.
