Scam roofing company (Scam call) reported by


Caller got my name and number from a list. Tried to talk me into letting them inspect my roof. I asked who they were and where they are from. Very evasive. Just went back to his script. Asked if I knew there had been high winds in my area and my roof is most likely damaged. I again tried to find out a little about his "company" he did not answer any questions. If he was a real contractor he would be happy to share who he was. SCAM written all over this. I tried to call the number back ?this number has been disconnected".

Asked for me by name, and said they were in the area (Colorado Construction, or something that sounded like that) and that he didn't want to sell me anything, but free roof inspection, blah blah blah. So I asked what area he was talking about, and told him I didn't live there anymore. In hindsight, I realize I should have specifically told him to put me on their do not call list and not to sell my information, but too late for that.

Asked for my husband by name. Said he has crew in area to look at my roof. I said, nothing wrong with my roof. He wants to look at it anyway. I said no and stop calling!
