638-851-9123 just called our business. Caller ID came up as NAME UNAVAILABLE. It was an illegal robocaller with a pathetic prerecorded female voice phishing script that it was laughable. You couldn't understand half of what was being said in the recording. The scammer wants you to call Apple back at 718-307-1139. First, we don't use ANY Apple products here. Second, it's clearly a scam. Blocking both numbers immediately. Tried to report the 638-851-9123 number on here as well, but it says Invalid Number and won't let me post about it. :-/

Not very sophisticated scam, trying to scare you by saying iCloud breached. When you call back, they try to get your apple id and password. They call from multiple numbers, so blocking doesn't work. I get about 4-8 calls per day from these ****

I spoke with Benjamin Parker who said he was Apple Support. He said someone from Russia & China/overseas is accessing my account. He asked me if I had given my password to someone or if I was overseas. I told him no. He told me not to do any shopping or banking on my computer and that we needed to see what was going on. He instructed me to hold the windows key on my keyboard and type the letter R. Then he instructed me to type CMD when the box opens up. Then told me to hit “ok”Then instructed me to type “Netstat” – and then I stopped him and said I needed to do this later. He said he needed to see my accounts connections. I said to him that I was busy and he kept pushing the issue for me to continue with the process because it needs to be done. I told him to give me a phone number and I will call him back. He provided me with the phone number of 1877-204-3930 which he called from but he also called me from 718-307-1139 but it was a bad connections. I told him I’d call him back but he said I shouldn’t have to call him and insisted on a time for him to call me back. He kept asking what was my reason for not finishing the process with him and I said b/c I’m busy. He said he would call me back in one hour. I’m afraid to follow thru with the rest of the instructions because I have a feeling he is trying to take over my computer. – Any thoughts??

It is a scam. They are fishing for : Apple account I.D. and the Password. The real Apple, already has that information, in their files. If, you have an Apple account.

Here is the voicemail that my provider transcribed: "sounds(?) that your I account has been reached for using any Apple device please contact Apple support advisor. Press one to connect with Apple support advisor. Press two to listen to this message again or if you wish to contact us later please call us on our toll free number 718-307-1139. Thank you."
