I ordered over a month ago still waiting on product called several times just an automated service saying leave your number and someone will call you back but still waiting and I emailed them as well three days ago still nothing so I think this is a scam to rip people off

Ordered a TV Fox antenna in good faith on June 12 2017 and it has not turned up. Have e-mailed them several times and to no avail and called them up to get an answer service that never returns calls. My credit card has been charged, is somebody having a laugh ?

I called but nobody to take the client's calls... (Service) reported by


I ordered a product called TV FROG through their website, their publicity says if ordered before Friday June 23rd I will have a 35% reduction, at another place on thes ordering page it even says I have a 50% reduction, quite unclear to me... they alson say an electrical power supply adaptor will be included and no shipping fees to pay for the whole order... When the bill came to me at the end of the internet transaction payment for their product on their website, the amount is the total amount taken from my credit card instead of the amount less than the 35% lower price than advertised... I then tried to talk with their customer support personel but their answeing message says to leave phone number, what is the purpose of our call and the order number, and finally saying they will call us back... but dont... Now you have it all detailed...
