Answered the call, first there was dead air. I said "Hello", then it sounded like a prerecorded scripted female voice replied back "Hello, my name is Abigail---blah blah blah---I'm with [insert bogus company name] that is part of [insert other major car insurance brand names]. Can we start with your zip code?". I replied back to her "Oh sorry, didn't catch your name what was it again?". Repeats the whole shtick again with "My name is Abigail..."etc. I said "Oh, ok. What company is this from again?". Then she hung up on me. *Shrug*

A male phoned me about TV or cable and I tried to nip it in the bud by telling him I didn't watch TV and then he just hung up the phone. No sorries or good byes. He phoned from a depressed upstate NY region. I bet he did not go to college.
