i got a call from a Stephanie Petruzzi and a Candice... one was a 844 number saying they were going to send me a legal processor and that if i dont call back she will have to send my info to their texas firm... gonna be honest.. never even called back to find out what was going on.. that was back in late sept. early oct. and then i received another call late november -_- saying they never heard from me and blah blah blah... didnt answer that one either... now another lady called (candice) couldn't even understand what she said.. all i know it was the same 716 number they left on the VM. SHADY PEOPLE!!! GO GET A REAL JOB AND STOP TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE!!!

Call from Kimberly said they found me by bane and social security number. That I need to drive myself to their legal department or have my legal counsel contact them, then the implied or else legal action. If you are taking legal and you really want me to come to you you will lesve an address. All this caller did was to try and scare me into calling and blindly giving them some money. She threatened and harassed me. I thing I will contact my sty to track her down and sue these scammers.

They call from this number and another number that was area code 624 which is from Mexico. Holiday scams trying to prey on the weak in sending money. Fear tactics. Do not call nor will they ever send you papers at work! They used this on me 4 years ago too.

I received 2 voicemails in regards to being served papers. They also called my friends and family with the same message. I tried calling back the number, and I have left 2 separate voicemails requesting that they call me back with an address to which I can mail a validation of debt letter in accordance to FDC regulations. I requested they stop harassing the people on my cell phone contact list over the voicemail, and I also requested they leave me their address via voicemail if I do not answer my phone because I am at work. So far I have not heard back from them. I have no idea what this is in regards to. It seems very shady that these people are telling me they are serving me papers when I do not know why.

Process server (Debt collector You could barely understand this person's message. She said her name was Ms. Anderson and she would be serving me papers between 1-3pm and if I wasn't available she would go to my job. She called from an unknown number and gave 716-246-9077. When you call this number you get what sounds like a telemarketer, very unprofessional and the company name Beck and Assoc. Using illegal tactics (FDCPA)threatens and harass family and friends with the same message.

Got the same message from a Mrs. C. but the message was for my husband. She said that she would go to his pace of employment to verify that he still employed there. Did anyone experience this person showing up to their place of employment? also rec'd a call from the same UNKOWN # from a Mr. T.
