This man has called multiple people in my family claiming that my dad needed to pay money and he would be served at 6pm tonight. We know he’s spam so we used it as an opportunity to harass him and call his number multiple times like he’s done us.

They call stating I was going to jail unless I pay check and go I don't know this and said oh your credit will get bad stating they was Harris county asking when I get paid stating trying to keep me out of jail they had my as what they hell this world is not safe

Claimed to be calling from "Harris County," in the original call. (Scam call) reported by Artzilla
Called pretending to be County employee giving notice of intent to serve process. HC does not serve process! Message left this number as means to contact the "plaintiffs." This is a scam. They use your public credit info to guess that you have unpaid debts to someone. Then they call pretending to be with your county or parish to notify you that you will be served. It's total BS. Process servers don't announce or warn you they are coming. They also don't make illegal threats of prosecution or insinuate in any way that you are subject to criminal liability if you don't respond. In Texas all the above is illegal and both criminal and civil liabilities apply! It's a felony to represent yourself in any way to be an agent of the court. It's a misdemeanor to misuse your employment as an officer of the court for personal or commercial gain, including collections!

A woman called from the county judges offices today. Same exact phone number as the actual county judges office. She said they were serving me to go to court then gave me the guys number to call for more info. He had ALL of my personal information including my social. He then started cussing me out and SCREAMING at me. He told me they're taking me to court. I confirmed that it was all a scam. I almost fell for it since he had all of my personal info.

Scammer trying to obtain information posing a a legal rep. (Scam call) reported by Brett
I've received calls from this number stating that he is a rep from Harris County with a summons to appear. I haven't answered either call. The first call was a month ago and said I needed to call back within 3 days or else they would come to my house. No one ever came. The second call was today and that I needed to call back within two days or they would come by my house. It is **** and I already confirmed it as fake with Harris County.
