portfolio recovery. old debt made to an address I had not lived at in several years, debt so old that they can not legally collect on it. I don't know who made the charges but it was not me never received a bill nor made a payment on this.

As soon as they called my phone and I didn't answer they called my husband. looking it up its probably Portfolio Recovery. Anyway send them a letter to PO Box 12914 Norfolk VA 23541 that says they are no longer to contact you by any means. Or if you really don't like them the actual address is 120 Corporate Blvd Norfolk VA 23502.
