When I told him, firmly, that I am on the no call list, and to remove me from his list, he argued with me. I hung up. He called right back. Repeated my warning, and he insisted that he was "refunding me for services they provided." I asked what services he waa referring to and he couldn't tell me. I asked which computer he thought he was referring to, and he said, "your personal computer." I told him not to call again, and to take my name off his list- and I hung up. HE CALLED AGAIN!

Guy calls saying he's going to refund me for services I was unhappy with several months ago. Needs to share my screen again (The company I had worked with had shared my screen, so this didn't seem unusual). I gave him access to my computer, then he locked me out and said I had to give him $1,000 to get my computer back. I called Apple and was able to reset my admin password and access my computer again. Today he called three times before I answered, then he threatened to hack my accounts and those of people who share my network. This guy is bad news. Reported to IC3.

The person is calling me and calling me over and over, even after I said I know this is a scam. If you want to get them to stop calling you.. DROP THE F... word over and over, as you speak, caller get very offended! These calls should also be reported to WWW.FTC.GOV - Federal trade commission. Provided me with a name of Mark Wilson with Tech Support 518-205-3486 and this number is listed on google as a money scam also. If anyone tries to contact you by mail and its a scam or you think its a scam, go online to... POSTALINSPECTORS.USPIS.GOV click on file a complaint, then next page click on mail fraud.

Wanted to refund money from a service i bought from them (Service) reported by


I paid for tech support for my computer several months ago. When they called me this month about it they said they were closing that department and were going to refund my my money. They knew all about the transaction, Everything they said was in line with my account. Have not recieved refund, and i made sure i deleted any software that had been left by them. When i try to call them it says number is diconnected yet they call me from that number.they call me and when i tell them it is me we get diconnected.
