Called about a medical alarm my mother had. I didn’t know what to do with it so I called the number on the equipment and the hateful woman said she would call me. Six days later the thing kept beeping and going nuts so I pitched it. The next day the service called to check on it and I told them I pitche it Very soon after a man called threatening criminal charges due due to some new law. I offered just pay the $100 but he said it wasn’t so simple and would call me back. Got a call today and assumed it was him. Transferred everywhere and he was not nice. Starting to think it’s a bit untoward.
