spectrum is no longer timewarmer but the foreigner identifies himself as timewarner/spectrum. they want your info. they pretend to be offering a great promo to switch to them. i gave a fake name /dob /address & that is all thy wanted... to gather personal info & try to run fraud. they quickly ended the call after they thought they got what they wanted lol
