Did get me to go to google chrome and give them my id number & password. I didn't want to continue the call as he was scrolling through my files. Wouldn't give me his id number, said it was not relevant. First of all, I could barely hear or understand him. The boiler/telemarketing background noise was so loud. Offered me a Microsoft refund of $299.95 as their support system had crashed. Quite arrogant for a "barely could speak English" floor manager. Be careful.

They have called twice a day for the last two days. I answer, and I say how can I help you? He told me to go get my laptop, because Microsoft Windows isn't currently giving me security. I told him my computer is fine. He demanded I go get it, and let him update it. I did that two years ago, and was charged $300.00 and had my identity stolen. I blocked that number.

He calls and claims he is from microsoft . He first lies and says you are completely disconnected from us and you are not receiving updates. He makes me go to the command window and type in www.systemtech.online/ , then he wanted me to download supremo and give him a password so that he can have remote play to my computer. I asked why and he called me an ****. He said you think you are smart but you are really an ****. I couldnt believed it... a hacker really tried to get me, these are things you hear/see in the movies ,but this **** literally just happen to me. He could have caused so much devastation. I'll never forget this day . My firewall and security is up. It is Friday 11/26/2019 it was around 2:40ish , Im from and live in Detroit

Wanted me to upload changes to my computer (Scam call) reported by


Kept calling me and when I answered he said he was from Microsoft and that he needed to send me something so that he could manually update the security settings on my computer. This is the same number that called a few months ago saying they were from Medicare and that they can get my dad braces even when I told them he doesn't need them. When I asked if this was a scam that I had read about related to medicare, caller hung up on me.

Robocaller on my phone blocks the number, because it is a known nuisance caller. I have called back, anyone who calls me 3 times in 2 days, might have a reason to do so. All I get when the phone is answered is a message informing me that the "person you are calling is not available at this time. Please leave your phone number, and someone will return your call."

Said he was calling on behalf of Medicare and offered me a knee brace. I declined because of total knee replacement, I have no need for a brace. He then proceeded to offer me a treatment for cancer. Really???!!!

The rep suspiciously claimed to be with a health insurance company. Based off what others described, the company behind the number seems to take on multiple identities which is highly suspect. Don't say, "yes" to them or reply. Just hang up.
