Financial company offering to buy my unused timeshare. This company calls almost daily, given the persistence, it sounds like a sketchy deal. I wanted to do some research on this company/caller before engaging in further discussions and after finding nothing online about the company I blocked them.

I received three back to back phone calls from this number. I was at work and let the first one go to voice mail. When they called again I let it ring and go to voicemail. When it rang a third time I was annoyed and let it go to voice mail. Very annoying!!

Call 10+ times per month. Will not leave me alone. These people should be arrested for harassment. I live in Canada so not a whole lot I can do about it.

Offer to buy our timeshare (Telemarketer) reported by


Daniel Fox Brokerage Consolidated 1-702-745-0514 xt 1726 called offering to buy our timeshare. He offered $59,300.00 US My wife asked him to send an e-mail confirming his offer. We did not receive any e-mail. He called back saying that he required a copy of the front page of our contract to prove that we were the owners and that he would be able to do something for us. I am not about to provide him with this kind of detail so that he could use it for a future sale to someone without us having a contract with Brokerage Consolidated and our lawyers. BTW I could not find this company name on line but only a variation of it. Sounds like the same deal that "WOODY" reported above. Remember the old adage "if it sounds like it's too good to be true....it usually is"

We bought a vacation membership a number of years ago and it has splintered into a couple of different companies, but always required us to pay for our vacation with a 30% discount off of current prices and for a higher level of room rating or category. The first guy that called said he would send info via email because I was trying to get something in writing and I never received it, so I asked again on the next call trying to get something I could use to report them and they will not email anything only call. The most comical and scary part is this guy told me they would pay up to $25,000 for our remaining membership weeks, but there was never a defined value of the membership even during the initial presentation and there is no way it would be worth that kind of money because we didn't pay that much and have already used the two free weeks included, so they were getting desperate telling me I would get paid $25,000 for this membership.

They will tell you that they can sell or want to buy your timeshare contract. They are smooth and will be convincing. Once they have you interested they will tell you that you need to pay for something up front. Usually closing costs or transfer fee. Something that legally you don't have to pay for up front. If you pay them, you will never hear from them again. You will never see that money again either. Too bad we can't find these people and shoot them...!!!
