After many calls with no CID. I searched the number and found it belongs to AM Transportation Logistics Inc. a.k.a. Fragilepak. A transport and white glove appliance mover and set-up company. I purchased a deep freezer from AAFES (Army & Air Force Exchange System) a.k.a The PX. I received a few emails and texts informing me as to the scheduled delivery date and time window. And now the phone call via a robocalls female voice giving me the same information. I appreciate all the information and effort Fragilpak did reaching the customer but you would think that they could afford a CID for their phone number. I received a least three calls within five minutes and I decided to search the number to see if it was a SPAM or not. I have added the number to my address book so now when they call I will get a CID on my phone.

We ordered furniture from the Veterans Exchange. They use FragilePak to deliver our furniture order. Even though this call came through as potential spam. It is not spam. It was a recorded call to confirm delivery details for the next day.

I listened to the voicemail labeled as "Robocall" after I checked this site. I WAS awaiting a furniture delivery. The call was "robo" but it was legit. They were confirming delivery for fragilepak.com, a delivery service for Crate & Barrel.

Not a scam - read my other post. Almost has a lousy way of confirming delivery address - it sounds like a scam. The only reason I gave it a chance was because I have been waiting for a call to schedule furniture delivery - otherwise I would have called it SPAM and hung up.
